License Agreement:

This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the authors be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software. You may not modify any of the installed files, executable, data, text or any other type. By using this software you are agreeing to these terms.
Warranty:

This software is made available on an as-is basis. The author (Moshe B. Rubin) specifically disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall the author be liable for any loss of profit or any other damage including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages including damages to a third party.

You may not use or distribute this software in any form for commercial purposes. Examples of commercial purposes would be running business operations, licensing, leasing, or selling the software, distributing the software for use with commercial products, using any Battleship puzzle distributed in the original software for commercial or monetary purpose, or any other activity which purpose is to procure a commercial gain to you or others.

Permission is granted to use the software for creating original Battleship puzzles that are not based on any Battleship puzzle distributed in the original software.

By using this software you are agreeing to these terms. If these terms are not agreeable, do not use this software.
